When you feel like a treat but you're not in the mood to spend one hour in the kitchem, this recipe is just perfect for you.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp. milk
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
- In a mug mix egg and oil.
- Add milk, sugar and cocoa and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until incorporated.
- Finally, add the baking powder.
- Set the microwave to high and cook for 3 minutes
- If desired, serve with coconut flakes, chocolate flakes or chocolate syrup.
